DEWETRON recommends our customers bring in their units for calibration in a 12-month interval.
The customer will need to request Calibration Service via our online RMA form
The Customer shall provide a list of instruments to be calibrated along with the S/N of each instrument to satisfy the quality standards requirement.
Once the form is completed, our customer service team will reach out with details regarding the next steps.
The Customer Service Team will provide an official quote once the RMA form has been completed, however, once the unit is in our facility and has been properly inspected and analyzed, our Customer Service team have the right to revise the official quote to match what was sent in and require Customer authorization to proceed.
DEWETRON is not committed to perform a specific calibration until the instrument and its procedure can be fully reviewed and inspected.
DEWETRON holds the authority to adjust any units that have a 70 % tolerance reading, unless specifically stated otherwise by the customer prior to shipping the unit to DEWETRON.
The customer is responsible for the shipping charges to/from DEWETRON.
