MAINTENANCE SERVICE
Even the most reliable systems require regular, planned and preventative maintenance to perform at optimum levels and lengthen the life of the system.
For this reason, we offer scheduled annual maintenance contracts.
These contracts include:
- System cleaning
- Virus scan
- HDD Defrag to optimize performance and
- The replacement of filters and fans as needed
- BIOS, reliability updates and a complete functional check of the system is performed as requested.
Firmware and driver updates available as requested.
Maintenance contracts carry a guaranteed turnaround of 3 days following arrival at the DEWETRON facility.
Standard delivery is included with the maintenance contract.
Maintenance contracts are purchased per system.
ON-SITE MAINTENANCE
Standard, scheduled annual maintenance can be performed on-site with an On-Site Maintenance Contract. On-site maintenance reduces equipment down time and eliminates the hassle of packing and shipping.
This option includes travel and lodging for a DEWETRON Service Technician and must be purchased with the standard maintenance contract.
Maintenance contracts are purchased per system.
REPAIR SERVICE
DEWETRON will repair systems within the defined product life cycle.

EXPRESS REPAIR
Extension of the standard repair service contract that further reduces lead time. In addition, the cost of express delivery is assumed by DEWETRON.

UPGRADE SERVICE
Keep your measurement equipment on the cutting edge of technology with a system upgrade. Send us your system and we will upgrade the computer components, configure the system. Regular system upgrades will increase the life of your system and maintain the value of your investment.
Older systems may require an inspection prior to upgrade to ensure that the hardware and components are compatible with the most current configuration(s).

For a nominal fee, DEWETRON will loan you a comparable system or component while your system or component is being repaired, serviced or calibrated.
